My wife and I met Adam last January when we came out to Tampa for the East West Shrine Football game. At that time he was very gracious and showed a number of homes in Spring Hill, Florida that were for sale. We knew we were going to move but not sure when. He put us on an automatic MLS list so we could see what was for sale from Jan to when we made the purchase in July. He made time for us to see numerous homes in Spring Hill when we arrived in May and gave excellent advice on neighborhoods and was very informative of making the home purchase. He introduced us to Bruce Dodge who guided us through the loan process. Both gentlemen advised us on the process and it made closing easy. Adam is a true professional and if I were in need of a person to sell my home he is the first one I would contact. If I ever need to downsize and move from here he will be my first phone call to see what is available. What a great pleasure it was to do business with Adam Haynes.
