The last several years have seen a huge change in the attitudes of the American people towards home ownership and money.The last 5 years has seen a dramatic drop in Americans faith in the real estate as a good investment. Unemployment , bank collapse, foreclosure and the many cases of greed, graft ,high crimes and low down misdemeanors have made us very jaded in what and how we relate value and worth. Each of us is steward of how we would be treated and how we would treat others.We can only hope that we can regain a faith in ourselves whether it be material or spiritual. This is the only way for America to regain its sense of self now and the trying times ahead.
