A recent quarterly survey by the U of F has determined that our market is finally on a rebound as I am sure all of you will be happy to hear.Private capital from abroad as well as domestic is entering the state looking for quality investments.
The loosening of of financing by banks will help in the future although it has not been a deterrent in the recent past.
Things are looking up.
