Tuesday we have a new President and every one wonders what it will do for me and those in the area of  Hernando County? 

I think the biggest thing we should see is the big banks easing up and lending money. Like I previously wrote, underwritings new requirements are strict, but they should not be stupid. Just because no doc loans were issued like candy, should not mean paper documentation isn't sufficient. Hopefully with the new administration more definitive guide lines will be implemented so the fear of writing loans subsides. Call me hopeful...
