It is very frustrating to find a house for someone and find out that it is an unrepaired or repaired sinkhole home. It should be public knowledge and let it take the guessing game out for everyone. You look in permitting and zoning and if they pulled a permit it says "storm damage" and if they took the money and ran, you are out of luck.
