Why does it seem that the asset managers are not looking at highest and best....no decisions at all.....letting everyone hang....Then you find out the home has been submitted to an auction after 2 weeks of waiting!? What the heck are they doing? Explain that one to your buyer!!!

Im wondering if the Realtor rules regarding Steering,Blockbusting and Redlining apply also to Lenders working with our clients or anyone for that matter...One of these would really apply.....I would think they would have a similar Code's...I would be curious to know?
